In October 2016 Ebay seller jbeerd from Moscow in Russia was trying to sell these Kazakh and Kyrgyz replica plates. He is selling them as replicas (which is good) but they are wrong.
On the Kazakhstan plates the font is wrong and the blank is wrong.
The Kyrgyzstan plates do not have the security printing on the letters, making them older style plates but the spacing is wrong for one of the pairs.
The biggest danger is that some crooked dealer on Ebay will buy them, distress them and then try to sell them for a profit claiming they are genuine.
Do not buy mint plates. It does not matter if they are cheap, almost all replica plates have something wrong with them and are really just scrap aluminium.
