In September 2016 Ebay seller miesbacherhof from Lehner in Germany was selling these Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon and Oman plates.
They are all test designs direct from the factory in Germany and none of them are the same as the genuine plates from those 4 countries.
Pretty plates and interesting but they only deserve a place in your collection if you want rejected test designs rather than genuine plates.
