In September 2016 Ebay seller lowiforcementitems from Ukraine was selling this pair of Ukraine plates.
They are not official or legal plates in Ukraine as they are missing the UA band at the left.
The danger is some crooked dealer will buy them and add a sticker (the real ones are printed on the plate) and try to sell them at a profit.
It is so very easy to get genuine Ukrainian plates now. There are always plenty on Ebay and there is no need to even think of buying plates like these. These would be better being melted down for scrap.
