In June 2016 Ebay seller robert_roman from Dortmund in Germany was trying to sell these hand painted replica plates from countries that no longer exist.
He says they are used but he also says they are replicas. Very strange.
He has many more that he is trying to sell on Facebook. Some of them are the wrong colour or the wrong design and they are very expensive for some scrap metal and a bit of paint.
These ones are supposed to be from Montserrat, Sikkim and Netherlands New Guinea.
Be very careful what you buy.
