In June 2016 Ebay seller ark1260 from Warsaw in Poland was trying to sell this Egypt plate.
It is a manufacturer’s sample that he bought from someone who bought from a known German seller of fake, sample and reproduction plates.
He is selling it as used when it is clearly mint and not used.
Do not buy mint plates.
