In June 2016 Ebay seller nummernschild-sammler from Germany was trying to sell this Eqypt motorcycle test design plate. This is just a test plate to show what the factory can do. All the many Egyptian test mc plates have the same number and this is the third police plate known in collections with the same number, each one being slightly different. It has come direct from the scrap bins of the manufacturer in Germany.
If you look carefully at the listing, he does say it is mint but who knows who will buy it and distress it so he can try to make a dishonest profit.
