These are just some of the samples for the 2001 series plates in Iraq. 3 private plates at the top, 1 commercial vehicle plate in yellow and the rest are public transport plates. They came direct from Germany I am sure and all are probably early test designs as the embossed area in the plate where the hologram goes was unpainted on the final design. Some do not have the embossed area as they should.
Numbers like 654321 and 1 for unused plates are a bit of a giveaway also.
