In April 2017 Ebay seller astro_import_export from Manville, New Jersey in the USA was trying to sell these reproduction Danish plates.
He is selling them as novelty plates which is good as they are completely wrong for Danish plates. Dies, blanks, design…..everything really is wrong.
The problem will come if some crook buys them and tries to sell them on as genuine knowing that they are fakes.
If you are a collector of plates just do not buy reproduction/novelty/replica/mint/other fake plates and maybe the makers and sellers of the huge number now available will stop making them. by doing this you will make the hobby better for all collectors now and in the future. It is only because people buy this scrap/rubbish that people keep making them.
