In March 2017 Ebay seller jbeerd from Moscow in Russia was trying to sell these reproduction Russia, Ukraine and Belarus plates.
All the plates made by jbeerd have many things wrong with them.
The Ukrainian ones are reasonable but genuine ones are so very easy to get on Ebay that I do not understand why anyone would want a reproduction.
The Russian ones are supposed to be «It is a legal rare serie of plates – NO FLAG, which were unofficially given to government and special agencies vehicles.» It is strange that of all the collectors and plate people with a great deal of knowledge on the Russian plate forum they say that this is complete rubbish. It looks like he is trying to use up old blanks and claim they are special!
The Belarusian plates have the dash in the wrong place.
Buying such poor quality reproduction plates like these means you will end up with very overpriced scrap aluminium in your collection.
