In January 2017 Ebay seller lowiforcementitems from Ukraine was trying to sell these fake Italy plates.
They have the wrong dies and the registration is in completely the wrong format.
Although they look dirty and used and look like they could be genuine, always check that a plate is close to that particular country’s genuine plates. There are several websites like Francoplaque and Plateshack that have pictures of genuine plates.
Italian plates have always had their own unique design that is nothing like this.
