In January 2017 Ebay seller jbeerd from Moscow in Russia was selling reproduction Delaware dealer plates.
You can order any number you want and he will print it on cheap thin aluminium. The problem is that he wants 60USD for the each plate and genuine ones sell on Ebay and other auction sites for between 20 and 35 USD. The photo he uses is a drawing of how the plate will look after he makes it. However it may not be very accurate as just about all his fakes/replicas have something wrong with them.
Buying poor quality reproduction plates like these means you will end up with very overpriced scrap aluminium in your collection.
