Now for several photos of replica plates. This is the February 2011 batch of plates that Ebayer Kurabaya1 from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada has created. Some of these are more like fakes than copies but all are very wrong. These are made from vinyl stickers on flat metal but nearly all should be pressed plates. I see that some people have bought some of his previous batch and I am sure they think they have genuine plates – sad!
These fakes are from just about all the ‘exotic’ countries. From the plates he has sold already and the ones he is now selling he has several of each number available.
