Since August 2016 Ebay seller rui_marques from Stuttgart in Germany has been trying to sell these Bosnia, Albania, Slovakia and Greece plates. He is selling them as used but they are really manufacturer rejected test designs and samples that have never been outside Germany.
They all have something wrong with them and are not genuine plates at all.
The Albania has many things wrong with it; the registration is wrong, the right hand blue band is wrong, the hologram is missing, the registration is spaced wrong. It is not even close to a real plate.
The Greece plate has the embossed seal wrong and some security features missing and the other have similar problems also.
Do not buy mint or sample plates. They all have something wrong with them and are really just scrap aluminium.
