In May 2016 gulnaregorov_0 from Oreburg in Russia was selling one of these reproduction Egypt motorcycle plates. The others were sold by his other Ebay identity berlioz-2525 a while ago. He sells them as replicas which is fine.
These are nothing like any real Egypt plate and are not even well made or good copies. I am including them here just for the sake of completeness.
