In May 2016 chebinata from Moscow in Russia was selling this reproduction Somalia Puntland president plate. He is either buying plates from MyCarPlates (aka avtoznak-msk) in Moscow or it is the company themselves.
Although at first sight this looks like a very close reproduction, the Arabic word in the middle is wrong.
Buying mint plates means you will end up with rubbish in your collection.
