From November 2015 Ebay seller eurotags (aka vw-frames, bmw-frames, 2ma, go-ic) was trying to sell these prototype or test design plates. They are just test designs to show what the factory can do. Nothing like it has ever been used in the different countries. They have come direct from the scrap bins of the manufacturer in Germany.
He is selling them as «actual used plates» but this is completely untrue and these plates have certainly never been used. These designs have never been used in Russia, Kuwait or Burkina Faso.
Be very careful what you buy, don’t buy mint plates and check who you are buying from.
