In November 2015 Ebay seller euroflora (aka llandor) from the Amman Valley in Wales (UK) was trying to sell this mint, unused sample plate. It is from the 1993 series and these trailer plates only ever had serial letters AA or AB.
He is selling it as «used» but this is completely untrue and this plate has certainly never been used or even been near Moldova. It is a manufactuer’s sample with a wrong or impossible registration.
Be very careful what you buy and don’t buy mint plates.
