These are plates that Ebay seller lord_emanuel from Athens, Greece was trying to sell in April 2014. He says they are military police plates from Yugoslavia and are used. They are obviously not used and they are certainly not genuine plates from Yugoslavia. These ones are made of aluminium, Yugoslavian plates at the time were made of steel and they are not even close to the design of the military plates.
