A very respectable Ebay seller of genuine plates sold this plate in early 2014. Ebay dealer ismaa3 (aka pasapik) from Spain bought it and decided to improve it with a fake technical inspection sticker. Different from his usual fake Spanish plates but still very crooked.
Be very careful who you buy from!
