There are probably as many fake Kiribati plates in collections as genuine used ones.
These are all early Tuvalu fakes from before or just after independence. FTC 2778, that looks as if it was crumpled into a ball, may well be a genuine roadkill plate but I have not managed to find a good picture of this one to confirm it. Probably 50% are known to be JDA’s homemade fakes.
