In September 2017 Ebay seller me from East Texas, Pennsylvania in the USA was selling this fake or replica Bhutan plate.
This plate still has the sticker on the back from the company that made it in Bangalore, India in 1982 but it is supposed to be a 1965-78 series private plate from Bhutan. At least 6 pairs (one long and one square for each number) of these Bangalore Bhutan plates were made in 1982 and they are all the wrong colour. The genuine ones were red as was photographed on vehicles in use.
Most are still in old collections and all are unused.
