In August 2016 Ebay seller jbeerd from Moscow in Russia was trying to sell these Estonia, Poland, Italy, Turkmenistan and Russia replica plates. He is selling them as replicas (which is good) but they all have something wrong with them and who knows which Ebay crook will want to buy them and distress them and say they are genuine and very expensive/rare.
These are not the same as the genuine plates they use in the various countries.
The Estonia plates have the wrong euroband and no watermark in the reflective sheeting.
The Polish plates have the wrong euroband and hologram.
The Italian plates have the wrong euroband, no watermark in the reflective sheeting and a very amateur seal.
The Turkmenistan plates have the wrong blanks, the flag is wrong, the carpet strip is wrong and the letters TM are wrong.
The Russian plates are very, very close to correct but some of the registrations are not possible.
Do not buy mint plates. It does not matter if they are cheap, all replica plates have something wrong with them and are really just scrap aluminium.
