In April 2016 ismaa3 (aka pasapik) from El Campillo in Spain was trying to sell this plate.
He bought it a while ago from an American Ebayer and has repainted it. The repaint is pretty good but the stickers he has added although correct for a very, very few early Saudi plates of the period and the many, many samples that exist of this series are just not right on this restoration.
It looks almost like they are photo copies of the year and month stickers rather than real stickers. It should also be reflective rather than painted in gloss paint.
