In November 2015 Ebay seller yakimkhv1 from Moscow in Russia was trying to sell these plates.
Both have been sold before on Ebay. The Afghanistan plate is a backstreet fake bought for selling specially to collectors and the Egypt truck plate is a very poor quality fake made somewhere by someone with a poor understanding of written Egyptian Arabic.
Be very careful what you buy and check before bidding that the plate is real.
