Eritrea samples. ER-G00017 is a German test plate and the design was never adopted. The others are just some of the ones that, I believe, all came from Eritrea in the early 1990s and most are just unused plates but there are a couple of test designs also. Eritrea must have sent plates to collectors who asked in the early 1990s but they certainly don’t now.
