These are the only examples (although there are several copies of the two-line plate with this same number) of these unusual Bahrain private car designs. Both are rejected test designs and nothing like them was ever issued. I do not know where or when they were made but it is a shame they were not used as they are rather pretty. I guess the single line version is an Utsch design from about the same period as the beautiful Dubai Burj Al Arab hotel designs of 2001.
