In September 2018 Ebay seller locky666 from Germany was trying to sell this fake Soviet Military Mission in Germany (SOXMIS) plate. He says it is a used plate which is complete rubbish.
This plate was one of several mint, fake, SOXMIS (Soviet military mission in Germany) plates sold in 2010. Shiny, smelly paint and no holes. All are on galvanized steel which is almost unheard of with the genuine plates. A couple of years later it was resold but had two holes. It has appeared again now but it looks like someone put it in the oven for 20 minutes at gas mark 5.
ALWAYS check with someone or some group or some website if the item for sale is even possibly a real genuine, used number plate.
