In May 2018 Ebay seller iraqi_cowboy from Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA was trying to sell these Syrian and Kuwaiti manufacturer’s sample plates.
He says they are used but then lower down the page, he says they are unused.
These plates are from about 2000. The Syrian plate has the wrong font and is reflective while the Kuwaiti plate is a design that was never adopted.
Always read everything that a seller writes about a plate, don’t just look at the picture and bid!
