In April 2018 Ebay seller jbeerd (aka carplatespro) from Moscow in Russia was trying to sell these replica St. Lucia, Palau, Marshall Islands and Puerto Rico plates. He says he has an unlimited number of each of them.
All these plates have been taken from photos of plates for sale on Ebay. All of them have things like wrong fonts, slots wrong, slots in the wrong place, words in the wrong place, a printed logo instead of a sticker, debossed boxes wrong, the St. Lucia should be a plastic plate and the Puerto Rico plate was taken from a photo of a very faded genuine plate so the fort is completely the wrong colour.
Do you really want in your collection a fake plate that is not only very wrong but that many other people also have?
Reproductions are very bad for the hobby and if you care about the future of the hobby, it is better you do not buy reproductions, especially such poor quality ones like this seller makes.
Why buy a plate like this? You cannot boast about or show this fake to other collectors as they will just laugh at you for buying such expensive, poor quality rubbish.
