In April 2018 Ebay seller michors-0 from somewhere in Germany was selling this collection of plates from Paraguay, Guatemala, Ecuador, Columbia, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Slovakia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Somalia, Libya, Jordan, Kuwait and Abu Dhabi.
According to him they are all used but they are not, they are all mint. They are all rejected manufacturer’s test designs and samples from various factories in Germany. They all have many things wrong with them.
Do not buy these plates if you are looking for genuine plates.
There is every chance that these plates will appear again offered in trades or for sale on Ebay.
There is not a single genuine plate in this batch at all.
