There are not that many Egyptian sample plates really but these are four oddballs. The top one is ‹private Giza› above 7405328 and ET plates never got above 999999. German made I am sure to try to show the authorities that seven digit plates could be produced.
The second one is ‹President of the Republic› above 1317 and is said to be Egyptian. German made I am sure, Egypt never used anything like this and it may not even be supposed to be Egyptian as there is a big batch of various non-country specific Arabic sample plates from probably the 1980s.
The bottom two are flights of fancy from American manufacturers trying to win contracts I think.
