In December 2017 Ebay seller hometownvintagecom from Scotland Neck, North Carolina, USA was trying to sell this German plate. He says it is used but for what I have no idea as it is a complete fake.
It looks good but the registration is wrongly embossed and the seals are completely wrong. German plates never have 4 seals from 4 different issuing areas and the technical inspection seal is missing. Just an out and out fake.
If you are not completely familiar with the plate you are bidding on or trading for and it looks so unused like this one, just do not even think about buying it or trading for it. It is most likely you will end up with a piece of scrap aluminium not a plate to be proud of having in your collection.
