In November 2017 Ebay seller lowiforcementitems from Ukraine was trying to sell these fake plates from Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Switzerland,.
All of them have the wrong dies and/or the wrong base.
Although they look dirty and used and look like they could be genuine, always check that a plate is close to that particular country’s genuine plates. There are several websites like Francoplaque and Plateshack that have pictures of genuine plates.
Genuine officially issued plates from these countries have always had their own unique designs that are nothing like these.
