These are all samples for the 1999 series plates and have come direct from Germany I am sure. They are close to the real plates but wrong. All are mint (unheard of for Egyptian plates), have the same number, have the wrong letters at the left, claim to be various different classes of vehicle but all have ‹private Aswan› in Arabic at the top right.
