In August 2017 Ebay seller lowiforcementitems from Ukraine was trying to sell these fake Austrian, Netherlands, Danish and Norwegian plates.
All of them have the wrong dies. None of these plates are officially issued by the countries they are representing and all would be illegal to use in those countries.
Although they look dirty and used and look like they could be genuine, always check that a plate is close to that particular country’s genuine plates. There are several websites like Francoplaque and Plateshack that have pictures of genuine plates.
