These are all samples for the 1976 series of plates in the UAE. The American manufacturer Irwin-Hodson had the contract to make these plates but none of the Emirates got anywhere near 569874. The highest known number (in Abu Dhabi) was just over 100000. Fujeirah issued maybe 2000 plates. The letters ABU on the yellow plate are wrong and yellow was not used in the 1976 series.
