In May 2017 Ebay seller lowiforcementitems from Ukraine was trying to sell these fake Austrian plates.
They have the wrong dies, the blue band is wrong and the state coat of arms is missing.
Although they look dirty and used and look like they could be genuine, always check that a plate is close to that particular country’s genuine plates. There are several websites like Francoplaque and Plateshack that have pictures of genuine plates.
Genuine Austrian plates are very difficult to get and have always had their own unique design that is nothing like this.
