In May 2017 Ebay seller pinkocelot from Poughkeepsie, New York, USA was trying to sell this Dubai plate.
He says it is used, authentic, genuine, original and road used. Wrong, wrong, wrong and wrong.
Even a quick check on the internet would have shown him that this is a complete fake and nothing like genuine Dubai plates are or have ever been. He seems to buy and immediately sell plates so I guess he is really a dealer and knows little or nothing about plates.
He has several other plates for sale that are at best suspicious but it is difficult to confirm if they are indeed fakes.
I will leave you to decide if pinkocelot is a crook or just a stupid greedy dealer.
