Since December 2016 Ebay seller bestplates from Albequerque, New Mexico, USA has been trying to sell this fake Sri Lanka plate. He does not say whether it is new or used but describes it as 100% real authentic. It is not, it is a poor quality replica.
This is almost certainly one of the fake Sri Lanka plates made by a Russian company and has the national emblem at top left wrong, the hologram is wrong and both appear to be stickers rather than printed on the reflective sheet. The dies for the letters and numbers are slightly wrong and there should be security printing diagonally across the black.
He is trying to sell it for 65 USD but it is really worth about 5 USD as a novelty plate.
