In December 2016 Ebay seller schilderstadl from Eichendorf in Germany was trying to sell these fake Monaco and San Marino plates. He is selling them as genuine but may be sample or fake but they are not even close to the real thing. I am sure he knows they are fakes.
There is so much wrong with each of the plates I really do not know where to start. Colours, holograms missing, the flag, validation box, the list goes on.
You have to check very carefully for every plate you trade for or buy on Ebay and this seller has often tried to sell fake and poor quality replicas before so it is best to buy nothing from him, ever.
