n December 2016 Ebay seller jbeerd from Moscow in Russia was trying to sell this 2012/3 series Washington, DC replica plate. He is selling it as a replica (which is good) but it is not even close to the real thing.
The holes in the plate are missing and the printed words at top left and top right are missing. The blue colour is also wrong.
Why buy rubbish like this when the genuine plates are easy to buy on Ebay and fairly cheap also.
If you buy mint replicas that are wrong, you will have only scrap in your collection worth nothing.
