In November 2016 Ebay seller lowiforcmentitems from Ukraine was trying to sell these fake Denmark and Netherlands plates.
They all have the wrong dies and none are genuine plates. There are other problems with the Netherlands plates including no security number and no watermark on the reflective sheeting. Neither of these countries use German dies.
The Danish plates are all commercial vehicle registrations and therefore the plates should be yellow. The pre Euro registrations U and V cannot be on Euro bases.
Although they look dirty and used and look like they could be genuine, always check that a plate is close to that particular country’s genuine plates. There are several websites like Francoplaque (www.plaque.free.fr) and Plateshack (www.plateshack.com/y2k/) that have good pictures of genuine plates.
Be very suspicious of every plate these days and check the web sites.
