In October 2016 Ebay seller locky666 from Germany was selling this supposedly Kyrgyzstan plate.
Unfortunately the serial letters BI (for Bishkek) only ever existed in region B (Bishkek) and never existed in region D (Jala-Abad).
This plate is a test pressing (as are very many of the Kyrgyz plates – search for Kyrgyzstan in the gallery here) and came straight from the German manufacturer’s scrap bin many years ago.
Looks pretty but it is an impossible registration. 1USD of scrap aluminium really, not worth buying.
