In September 2016 Ebay seller jbeerd from Moscow in Russia was trying to sell these Russia replica plates. He is selling them as replicas (which is good) but they are very wrong.
These are not the same as the genuine Moscow plates.
The registrations do not exist and the flag is missing. Very poor quality reproductions.
He comes from Moscow so he knows what a real plate looks like and I can only assume he is trying to cheat collectors out of their money by selling rubbish like this.
Do not buy mint plates. It does not matter if they are cheap, all replica plates have something wrong with them and are really just scrap aluminium. There are lots of genuine Russian plates available at good prices on Ebay so why buy this rubbish?
