In July 2016 chebinata from Moscow in Russia was selling these reproduction Benin, Mauritania and Vatican plates. He is either buying plates from MyCarPlates (aka avtoznak-msk) in Moscow or it is the company themselves.
Although at first sight they look like good reproductions, nearly all of them have a problem with the font used.
Buying poor quality reproduction plates like these means you will end up with scrap aluminium in your collection.
