In June 2016 chebinata from Moscow in Russia was selling these reproduction Somaliland plates. He is either buying them from MyCarPlates (aka avtoznak-msk) in Moscow or it is the company themselves.
Although they are close to real plates, they all have something wrong with them. Wrong dies used on most of them, one plate is from Somalia not Somaliland and the flags and stickers are not on the correct plates.
Buying mint plates means you will end up with rubbish in your collection.
