Since May 2016 agaplatesuk from Redditch in England has been trying to sell these plates. They are supposed to be British military from the Cyprus Soverign Base Area Administration.
These plates are not genuine and have been made by someone in their garage. They have never been near Cyprus, are very poorly made with crooked letters and the letter S is from a different set than the other letters.
The photos have been shown to the people in Cyprus who made the genuine plates for the military there and they confirmed they were not made in or used in Cyprus.
