In May 2016 Ebay seller shireyjl from Thiensville, Wisconsin, USA was trying to sell this fake Ukraine plate.
Genuine plates are embossed and this is a flat plate with stickers. It looks very new also but it is from the 1993 series. Genuine Ukraine plates are very easy to find on Ebay these days.
Even if a plate looks dirty and used and could be genuine, always check that a plate is close to that particular country’s genuine plates. There are several websites like Francoplaque and Plateshack that have pictures of genuine plates.
