In March 2016 Ebay seller aj11792 from Fitchburg, Massachusetts was trying to sell these Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, South Sudan and Afghanistan plates.
He bought these all from afarsemon613 in Israel and I guess he know realizes they are fakes or reproductions and is trying to dump them.
Whatever his reasons, these are not real plates. These are fakes or reproductions whatever you want to call them.
Do not buy mint plates.
