This is not a plate that is available for sale. A collector has had this made especially for himself as he wanted an SPM plate but could not buy a used one from the island. He has no intention of this plate ever leaving his collection but it shows just how good a copy of genuine used plates can be.
It is not important which country this plate comes from as German and Russian plate manufacturers can make exact copies of many countries plates.
It is put here to show that any mint plate that appears on an auction site or in a trade must be treated with great suspicion if you are looking for a genuine used plate.
